Commissioning Process

The cost of our buildings and installations vary depending on their particular specifications.
I tailor each project to fit the client's budget and requirements, but as a ballpark figure buildings range from £2,500 - £5,000 per square metre.

The process starts with an informal chat to discuss your ideas. The next stage will involve a face-to-face meeting and site visit, to help me understand in more detail your hopes and requirements, and the buildings intended location. I then create an initial design CAD Model (and physical model should it be helpful) with a fully-costed estimate, and specification.

Planning permission is sometimes necessary. If required, we are happy to take control of that process but can also support your own application if you wish to do it yourself.

Then the physical build can go ahead, followed by installation onsite.
And with that, you have your new bespoke cabin or sauna to enjoy for a lifetime to come.
